1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account with TyTrust, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our review-assistant tools or dashboard services.

2. Billing and Annual Subscriptions

All TyTrust plans (Basic, Premium Voice, and Ultimate Voice) are billed strictly on an annual basis. Current launch pricing is processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Additional currencies and region-specific billing options may be introduced as TyTrust expands globally. Plan renewals occur automatically on the anniversary date of subscription unless cancelled, and fees are non-refundable after the subscription term begins.

3. Review and Voice Credit Limits

Subscriptions carry specific credit limits based on plan structure:
• **Basic Plan:** Unlimited text reviews (no voice reviews included).
• **Premium Voice Plan:** Limit of 1,200 voice-to-text reviews per year.
• **Ultimate Voice Plan:** Limit of 2,400 voice-to-text reviews per year.
Credits expire at the end of the billing year and do not roll over to the subsequent billing cycle.

4. Permissible Use and Google Safety Guidelines

TyTrust is designed solely as a writing assistant for real, authentic customer experiences. You agree not to use the service to generate fake reviews, target competitor profiles maliciously, run review-gating flows, or automate review posting in violation of Google's Maps Terms of Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

TyTrust shall not be held liable for changes to Google Maps policies, suspensions of your Google Business listings, or removal of reviews posted by customers manually using text drafts generated by the assistant.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend pricing, credit limits, or platform features at any time. Active subscribers will be notified of changes at least 30 days prior to annual renewal cycles.
